1. Role of Genus as a Selling Platform
Genus Tours & Travels operates solely as a technological booking marketplace. All listed tour packages, itineraries, hotel arrangements, transfers, and customer handling are the exclusive operational duty of the Partner Operator. Genus holds zero legal liability for partner defaults or service deficiencies.
2. Platform Commission & Payment Settlement Rules
- Platform Payment Disbursements: Where travelers pay Genus, Genus deducts its 10% commission and remits the 90% balance to the Partner's bank account within 3 to 7 working days.
- Direct Partner Payments & Invoicing: Where travelers pay the Partner Operator directly, Genus issues a monthly sales summary and 10% commission invoice on the 1st day of each month. The Partner must settle the invoice by the 15th day of the month.
3. Account Suspension & Non-Payment Penalties
Failure to settle commission invoices by the 15th deadline will result in immediate suspension of package listings and custom bidding privileges until full invoice clearance.
