ROOM INCLUSIONS:
• Above room rates are inclusive of Complimentary breakfast from 6:00AM to 10:00AM.
(Except room only rate)
• In-room coffee and tea making facilities.
• Wi-Fi access in guest rooms and resort public areas.
• Daily replenishment of bottled water.
• Access to the pool and beach.
• Use of the Jacuzzi.
• In-room toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and other essentials).
• Safety deposit box.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Exclusive Use of the Resort: A maximum of 50 guests are allowed to stay in the
room. Any additional guests exceeding the 50-pax limit will be required to pay an
entrance fee of ₱500 per person.
• Check-in & Check-out: Our standard check-in time is at 14:00H, and our standard
check-out time is at 12:00H. Any request for early arrival or late check-out will be
subject to availability and corresponding fees.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit of Php 1,000 nett per room per stay is
required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided it
is not utilized.
• Smoking Policy: In compliance with the Clean Air Act of 1999 (RA 8749), smoking is
prohibited in rooms and public areas to reduce air pollution and protect public
health. A penalty of Php 5,000 will be charged per offense.
• Food & Beverage Restrictions: Kindly refrain from bringing or consuming fruits or
foods with strong or pungent odors on the premises. This includes, but is not limited
to, items such as durian, jackfruit, and similarly aromatic foods.
