• The above rates are inclusive of 8% Sales & Service Tax. • Rate subject to Malaysia Tourism Tax of RM10.00 nett per room per night for every foreigner tourist effective from 1 September 2017 (rate is subject to change by local authority without any prior notice) • Other prevailing taxes that will be introduced or imposed by the Malaysian Government, if any, are strictly borne by the guest. • Rates are subject to availability upon received of confirmation • Contract rates are applicable to individual travelers or reservations for 9 guestrooms or less. Group rates of 10 guest rooms and above will be subject to seasonality and availability. • Rates are per room night applicable to single or double occupancy for ROOM ONLY. • Departures prior to schedule must be informed to the hotel with at least 24-hour notification to avoid the one-night room rate penalty charge. • The above room rates are not applicable for Conference, Meetings, Exhibitions, Incentive or Group bookings. • All reservations must be guaranteed by one night room rate security deposit or a major credit card. For credit card guarantees, the hotel requires written information to include the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number and expiry date. Guaranteed reservations will be held until noon of day following the confirmed arrival date. • All charges will be settled by the guest upon departure, unless alternate arrangement has been confirmed with the hotel's Credit department. • Reservation will be held until 1500 hours (hotel local time) on day of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or security deposit. Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to 1500 hours on the day of arrival / no show will be subject to a one-night charge. Early departure will be subject to a one-night room rate penalty charge. • For early departures, please inform the hotel 24 hours prior to checkout otherwise, an early departure fee may be levied.
