GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Compulsory Gala Dinner
December 24 and December 31: 35 USD/ person
Children under 5 years old: FOC (maximum 1 child/ room)
Children from 05 to 12 years old: 26 USD/ child
Children from 12 years old will be charged as rate of adults
2. Check in and Check out
Standard check in time is 14:00 PM
Standard check out time is 12:00 at noon
Prior arrangements need to be made if early check-in or late check-out is required. A charge
will be applicable in this instance.
* Late check - out until 18:00 pm: half - day rental
* Late check - out after 18:00 pm: full day rental
* Early check in before 08:00 am: full - day rental
* Early check in from 08:00 am: half day rental
3. Children policy
01 Children:
- 01 child under the age of 5 sharing bed with parents: FOC
- 01 child at the age of 5 to under 12: surcharge US$ 20/night (included extra
bed)
- Children from age of 12 will be charged as adult rate (US$ 30/night)
02 Children:
- Both are under the age of 5: 01 compulsory extra bed is required and will be
charged at US$ 20/night. The other child will share bed with parents.
- 01 child under the age of 5 and other is from 5 – under 12 years old: 01
compulsory extra bed is required for the child from 5 – 12 years old and will
be charged at US$ 30/night. The child under 5 years old will share bed with
parents.
- Both are from 5 – under 12 years old: breakfast for the first chid: 10
US$/night and extra bed for the second child: 30 US$/night. Total: 40
US$/night
