registration cards at the time of check-in for verification and to avoid any discrepancies. Presenting Passports & Visa page at Reception Desk is mandatory for Foreigners during Check-in.
>>Check-out by 12:00 Noon. Late Check-out is subject to charges.
>>The COMPANY shall be entitled to cancel any reservation before 02 (two) Weeks without any charge. One (01) day’s Room Rent may be applied for the cancelled reservation of
room(s) at agreed rate(s) within 02 (two) Weeks before check-in. HOTEL NAZ GARDEN reserves the rights to cancel any reservation 24hrs before check-in without any compensation.
>>One (01) day’s Room Rent will be applied as no show charge for the reserved room(s) at agreed rate(s).
>>HOTEL NAZ GARDEN expects minimum 50% advance of the bill amount at the time of reservation.
>>All dues with HOTEL NAZ GARDEN are to be cleared by Cash, Credit Card or bKash.
>>Any part of Hotel property broken or damaged by The COMPANY / GUEST / event manager of The COMPANY will be charged as per Hotel’s policy. The charges must be settled by cash / credit card at the time of closing the party / event.
>>HOTEL NAZ GARDEN expects commitment from The COMPANY to take services ONLY from HOTEL NAZ GARDEN during the validity of the offer.
>>Any illegal items and nuisance activities carried out by GUESTs are strongly prohibited in the Hotel Premises.
>>Lungi is not allowed inside the hotel’s public area; swimming costumes
must be worn during swimming and must be changed after.
>>Rate will be applicable only until the validity of this offer.
>>All rates are subject to 15% VAT.
