Rates above are per room per night
β Inclusive of 6% service charge and 12% VAT
β Extra person charges at PHP 3,800 net per person per night, and kids 8-11 years old at PHP
1,900.00 net inclusive of breakfast and round-trip boat and land transfers.
β Kids 7 years and below are free of charge when sharing room with adult(s) and utilizing same
beds and no extra bed required. Please check with Reservations Office on the maximum
capacity for bookings with children as this is dependent on their ages.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FIT BOOKINGS:
β Lean Season: Cancellations and modification of stay received 7 days prior to arrival will be
charged for the full duration of stay.
β Peak Season: Cancellations and modification of stay received 14 days prior to arrival will be
charged for the full duration of stay.
β Super Peak: Cancellations and modification of stay received 30 days prior to arrival will be
charged for the full duration of stay.
β No-shows will likewise be charged full duration of stay.
4. REBOOKINGS:
β Guaranteed bookings during super peak periods are non-rebookable and subject to our
cancellation policy.
β Guaranteed bookings may be re-booked without penalty up to 7-days prior to tour date
during lean season and up to 14-days prior to tour date during peak season. NO
REBOOKING DURING SUPER PEAK PERIOD will be allowed. Otherwise, cancellation
charge equivalent to whole duration of stay.
β Allowed re-booking (same party) is within 6-months from original check-in date. Change
name is not allowed and shall be treated as new booking.
β No refund shall be extended for re-bookings. Any increase in rates prevailing during new
tour dates shall be charged accordingly.
D. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
1. Standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Early check in is subject to availability. Half day rate will
be charged for check-in from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
2. Standard check-out time is at 12:00 NN. Late check-out / late departures up to 5:00 PM are
subject to availability with 50% charge from the daily rate.
3. Individual arrivals should be accompanied by approved vouchers. The Resort will charge Best
Available Rates (BAR) to guests who cannot present a voucher upon check-in.
4. Early Check-Out: Unused room-nights for shortened stay are non-refundable.
5. Extension of stay will be charged to guestβs personal account, non-commissionable, based on
Resortβs Best Available Rate.
ALLOCATION
The Resort may at its discretion provide an allocation of rooms for group series or wholesale FITs for
use under this agreement. Rates and offers within this agreement are only valid for reservations made
directly with the Resort. The Resort reserves the right to reduce or withdraw these allocations, either
for the duration of this agreement or a shorter period, if materialization proves unsatisfactory or business
demands warrant.
The Resort will only accept reservations outside of allotment if such is 100% sold and guaranteed unless
written request is made and approved by the Resort management in advance.
