PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION -Booking confirmation must be made at least One (1) week prior to guests' arrival -Confirmation is made after payment. For bank transfer payments, confirmation of the booking is made after the deposit verification -Booking is transferrable and re-bookable however NOT refundable in full -Cancellation of booking confirmation made on or before Thirty (30) days prior to arrival is refundable by 50% from the total amount of the whole booking -Cancellation of booking confirmation made at least Fifteen (15) days prior to arrival is NON refundable -Bookings under Resort's special promo is NON-REFUNDABLE, Senior Citizen Discount is NOT Applicable. -For Direct Guests: Fifty (50%) of total billing shall be paid one week after receiving the SOA. Balance to be settled by cash, Gcash or Bank transfer upon check-in. -Remaining balance must be settled upon check in through Cash or Bank transfers. -Any incidental charges incurred during the stay shall be settled before check-out.

Unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation email, any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation voucher (including requests made within this period) are subject to the following cancellation fees: Failure to arrive at your hotel without cancellation request will be treated as “No Show” where full value of booking will be charged unless otherwise a prior notification and arrangement was made and approved by the hotel management and specified in the confirmation email All Deposits are Non-refundable but Re-bookable.Please contact the reservations office for assistance Re-booking Policy: Must be scheduled within 21 days from the original booked dates otherwise booking is forfeited.
