Rates are net, inclusive of government tax and service charge.
• Child’s age is 0 – 11 years old, 12 years or more than 12 years, we consider to adult.
• Free of charge for child under 12 years sharing with family (Maximum 1 child / unit)
• Additional breakfast for child THB 270 net per coupon/ for adults THB 540 net per coupon.
• Reservations should be made from now onward.

Check-In / Check-Out time:
Check-in time is from 14:00 hours.
- Extra charge for early check in 07.00-11.59 hrs.= 50% of the rental rate.
- Extra charge for early check in before 07.00 hrs.= 100% of the rental rate.
Check-out time is before 12:00 hours.
- Extra charge for late check out before 18.00 hrs.= 50% of the rental rate.
- Extra charge for late check out after 18.00 hrs.= 100% of the rental rate.
All of the above mentioned early check-in and late check-out are subjected to room availability and at the approval
by the management of Hotel.
Cancellation: Hotel will charge 1 night for cancellation within 3 days before arrival date.
Early check out / No show: Hotel will charge Rent and Services Fees in full throughout the term booked by
such guest(s).
Deposit of the guest upon check-in: Kindly inform guests that refundable deposit shall be made by guests upon
check-in in the form of cash or the credit card’s authorization, in the amount required by Hotel, signed by card
holder.
