>Standard CHECK-IN Time is 14:00 HRS & CHECK-OUT Time is 12:00 HRS. >Room may not be arranged for early arrivals unless pre-reserved and exceptions can be made but subject to availability and charges may be applied. >Room’s reservations are subjected to availability and in most cases, pre-reservation is required. >Children less than 6 years will not be charged for any service. >Extra bed can be provided for certain rooms/cottages; charge: BDT 1380 per night. >Guests are requested to present their valid photo identification during CHECK IN. (e.g.: National ID Card, Birth Certificate, Passport, Original Driving License etc.) For Foreigners to check-in, Valid Passport & Valid travel Visa to Bangladesh is mandatory. These must be presented at the Reception Desk during CHECK IN. >Guests are requested to fill in all the information in the Registration Card at the time of CHECK-IN. >Pets, Fire arms, Alcohol, drugs are not allowed inside the resort. >Outside food is not allowed at the resort. >Payment can be made through Visa/Master (both swipe & chip) >Advance is required to secure booking. >All bookings will be subjected to a minimum cancellation charge of 15% of the agreed booking amount irrespective of the time of cancellation before 7 days of the Check in date. >50% will be charged if canceled in between 7 days & 72 hours before Check in date. >100% will be charged if canceled in between 72 & 00 hours before of Check in date.
